The wash did a great job to start but having clean towels, window cleaner, air blower and vacuum makes finishing the job a breeze.

Vibe carwash was a experience to remember and recommend to others that take pride in their ride. Customer service and all members of the crew at the spring creek location in plano tx had smile's on there faces and was performing more then professional if we were up to me the whole crew will get a $1,000 raise that's how much I enjoyed their service and appreciate them. Not only that the products they use I don't know what they're putting in the water but Jesus Christ my ride is shining looking good and it has me feeling great on this sunny day!!!!!

LOVE THIS CAR WASH i love the quick drive thru places i’ve been to plenty & i like vacuuming myself this place is awesome, the aesthetic is so cute and bad ass & my car has never looked better i love the rainbow lights in the wash & it thoroughly removed stains and bird poop from my car & most of these drive thrus don’t. they had an awesome machine that was free (so nice) that you put your car mats through it vacuums them, micro fiber towels for you to use that are clean w a hamper underneath to put back & glass cleaner spray! I LOVE this car wash so so much. whoever made this place you’re doing it right & your employees are so cute look like they love their jobs & each other and are hard workers- shout out to the ones i spoke with Marco, Mikey, Chanel & Chris! thank you xx

Minne provided excellent customer service with extreme patience with me trying to use my Apple Pay account. It was extremely busy on a Sunday afternoon after church. I really appreciate his smile and friendliness helping me. Another satisfied customer will be returning.

This was my first time using this car wash service and I would not mind coming back if I am in the area. This place is well maintained and organized. There are cashiers by the payment machine to assist and answer any questions you may have. The cheapest option is $10 which is a little more expensive than many other places but then they have a nice vacuum area with clean towels and glass liquid cleaners. I was able to transform my $15 wash option into a higher tier, which made the $15 worth every cent. I will definitely use again and I recommend

CORTLAND was an extremely nice & helpful, I later found out he was actually the manager. I love vibe & have been coming to this cash wash spot for over a year now!! They’re clean, friendly, always washing the towels while everyone is vacuuming. Oh did I mention FREE VACUUMING!!! Always worth the time to stop at VIBE CAR WASH!!

Used the free wash coupon on their website so can't complain too much. This is not a touchless car wash so make sure you go in after an already pretty clean car not a 4x4 that just went off roading. Also be aware places like near/under your spoiler will not be cleaned
